Welcome to NAC, Khariar
The Khariar NAC was constituted in accordance with Urban Development Department Notification No. 15629/dtd 19.07.1971 and started functioning w.e.f. dt 06.08.1972. The geographical area of this NAC is 6.80 Sq. km. consisting of 13 wards.
Sri Chinmaya Kumar Acharya is working as Executive Officer of this NAC w.e.f. 04.01.2021 . Prior to him Sri Ram Chandra Majhi was the incharge of the Executive Officer. The present Council took over the charge on dt. 30.03.2022 headed by Sri Ujwal Gupta, Chairperson and Smt Sakuntala Rout is the Vice-Chair Person and other 13 elected councilors.
